Our Mechanical Assembly Department is a natural compliment to rest of our machining service. Many of our customers requested a completed part ready for field installation, and we responded with the creation of a dedicated assembly service.
Tech-Max builds custom machinery and support equipment to the customer’s design and specifications. Component parts are manufactured in a state-of-the-art machine shop and on staff mechanical technicians assemble and test the machinery and equipment to customer’s specifications. This rare combination of manufacturing and assembly experience creates value and centralizes many important operations and responsibilities.
ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT
Tech-Max Machine has a full complement of assembly equipment ranging from overhead crane systems to ovens to washing machines to hydraulic lifting and positioning equipment. 10,000 square feet of dedicated space is now assigned to assembly operations.
