Full-Time On-site Position with overtime available

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations in our temperature-controlled environment. The Foreman will set and operate machines and operators on the first shift to review specifications, assigning tasks to operators, finding ways to improve efficiency, troubleshooting machine issues and assisting with repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to write and edit CNC programs for milling machines with Fanuc Controlled Centers
- Manage and oversee day-to-day production operations, confirming adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Supervisor machinists with workflow direction, scheduling, and quality control
- Lead, develop and motivate team to continue to develop skills and knowledge
- Read and interpret drawings and schematics to guide through the machining process
- Knowledge in use of basic hand-held metrology equipment
- Works efficiently with machinists and efficiently resolves issues
- Ensures compliance with safety protocols and maintains a safe working environment
- Experience working in AS9100 and ISO9000 environment a plus
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
Requirements:
- Position requires the applicant be a US Person or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- 3-5 years’ experience with CNC machining with strong knowledge of machining process, including blue print reading and CNC programming
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience coaching and guiding team to meet scheduled deadlines while meeting quality standards
- Knowledge in Solidworks and Mastercam and good PC Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
